BA (Hons), BTP, PGDip, MRTPI (Town Planning & Spatial Planning)
Originally from Carlisle, Rachel completed her planning qualifications in Bristol at the University of West England. Prior to joining PFK, Rachel began her career working as a Development Control Officer initially at Eden District Council and latterly at Carlisle City Council. She then made the move into the private sector as a Planner for Story Homes. During her time at Story Homes, Rachel built experience working with both immediate development sites as well as identifying land for long term opportunities.
After several years, Rachel went on to set up her own business ‘Positive Planning Solutions’ which successfully operated for five years before taking the opportunity to join PFK.
Rachel is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
BA (Hons), MSc, MRTPI (Town Planning)
Kayleigh completed her planning qualifications at Newcastle University and began her working career at Eden District Council in 2009. Initially working in the Development Management team at Eden District Council, she spent the last two and a half years of her employment in the Planning Policy team, actively involved in the Local Plan preparation and examination, gaining valuable experience.
Kayleigh joined PFK in December 2016 and with the support of PFK Planning received chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute in June 2017.

Naomi joined PFK Land & Development in September 2018 as Graduate Planner following the successful completion of her Masters of Civic Design in Town and Regional Planning at the University of Liverpool. Whilst studying for her qualification, Naomi worked for Lancashire County Council in their City Deal Infrastructure Team, also gaining experience in their Planning Policy Team. Prior to this Naomi studied at Edge Hill University achieving a first class honours degree in Geography.
Naomi is working towards achieving chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

David specialises in estate management, advising on all elements of land and property ownership, landlord and tenant. A Cumbria native, educated at Sedbergh School and the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, David is also a keen shot and sportsman, and chairman of Brampton & District choir.
BSc Hons (Rural Enterprise and Land Management), Registered Valuer.
Janet specialises in valuations, landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, planning and development, acquisitions and estate management. Originally from a hill farm in North Yorkshire, agriculture and land use has always been her area of expertise, and she continues to farm on her family farm in Cumbria – mainly at lambing time – as well as enjoying a passion for hill walking with her Lakeland terrier.
Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years experience in Surveying and Valuing property throughout Cumbria and The Lake District National Park.
Originally from Keswick Andrew undertook an Honours degree in Building Surveying at Leicester returning to Cumbria to work for Colleys Surveyors and Valuers.
After running his own practice for 15 years Andrew joined PFK in 2012 as Head of Survey and Valuation. His day to day work involves the survey and valuation of a range of property types for a wide variety of local regional and national clients.
